Hi,

I am Jitti. Cooking is my life. I grew up cooking along side my mom. Kitchen was my playgroud. We cooked for 15 family members everyday day. Our life was evolved around food. It's more than a joy. Food is love.

I am ego-free, zero attitude, hilarious, likeable, and love to entertain people of all ages. I have 20 years of experience in hospitality industry from managing restaurants and functions as well as being a professional chef. I have apprenticed with James Beard winner chefs around the country and worked under tutelage of great chefs in Boston. Here are some of 50 plus restaurants I have been.

Le Bernardin, Gilt, Aldea, Dovetail, Gramercy Tavern, Le Bec Fin, Citronelle, August, Cochon, White Barn Inn, Arrows, Restaurant Eugene, Blackberry Farm, Townhouse, McCrady, Radius, Aquitaine, Bistro du Midi, etc.

I was also a chef at a Thai restaurant for 3 years. I am also a certified Sommelier by Master Court Sommelier.  I have done apprenticeship and lived on an organic farm in VA for 6 months and some pop up dinners with friends in the past. And I am looking forward to cooking for your family and friends pretty soon. I  can accommodate any dietary restriction. Please tell me what you love to eat, I will make delicious meal.

I also love cooking for kids. They are fun to cook for.
